Refund and Cancellation Policy

The QABA Credentialing Board reserves the right to amend the Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. In general, refunds are not issued; however, applicants may be eligible to receive a $50 credit for future use based on the following criteria:

  • Organizational applicants may receive a credit if an applicant who used a coupon code from their organization resigns and does not sit for the exam, as long as the organization informs QABA of the resignation more than 24 hours before their exam appointment. A $50 credit for future use will be issued to the organization through the QABA website. A credit will not be issued for those applicants who failed to show up for an exam or who cancel their exam within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.
  • Individual applicants who have begun the enrollment process and who decide not to continue with the exam, may receive up to a $50 refund by completing the petition form and submitting it to info@qababoard.com. If approved, the individual will receive a $50 refund or credit to their account for future use.
